Order Processing

Every order is reviewed and prepared before dispatch.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will also be provided whenever available.

Shipping Options

Express Shipping — 48–72 business hours

Our fastest delivery option, designed for customers who want to receive their order as soon as possible.

Standard Shipping — 7–14 business days

Our standard delivery service provides a secure and reliable way to receive your ZERAVONT order.

Important Information

Delivery times begin after the order processing period has been completed.

Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, product launches or exceptional circumstances affecting our logistics partners, delivery times may occasionally be extended.

Once an order has been dispatched, ZERAVONT cannot guarantee an exact delivery date where delays are caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive your tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
