If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods, without having to provide a reason.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the goods must be returned without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
You may inspect and handle the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where applicable, please return products with their original labels, packaging and accessories.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
The direct cost of returning an unwanted item is the responsibility of the customer, unless ZERAVONT expressly agrees otherwise.
If the product received is incorrect, damaged or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, please contact us so that we can provide the appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights concerning non-conforming goods.
Where you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments that must legally be refunded, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us where applicable.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard option, the additional delivery cost does not have to be reimbursed.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
